At CI-ION, we're hiring Instructors, Student Success Coordinators, Clinical Support Coordinators, and other team members who help support our training mission. If you're passionate about education, healthcare, and making a difference, you can view our open positions here.

While we don't hire CNAs directly through CI-ION, licensed caregivers may support the program in instructional or coordinator roles. CI-ION graduates interested in caregiving roles can apply through Care Indeed.

Once you apply, our hiring team will review your submission and follow up with next steps. If you're a recent CI-ION graduate applying for a staff position, let us know! Your training experience is an asset.

Training students are not eligible for CI-ION employment unless they hold a prior license (e.g., CNA) and meet the role's requirements. If you're not yet certified, you can get started with CNA training at CI-ION.
